Customised or engraved pieces, earrings (for hygiene), and items purchased on clearance cannot be returned.
Refund timeline
Once your return is received and quality-checked at our atelier, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
